  • Quantity Estimation and Verification:

  • Material Reconciliation:
  • Tracking material usage, verifying invoices, and ensuring accurate material reconciliation to prevent overspending.
  • Site Inspections:
  • Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress, identify any issues, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Client Billing and Payment:
  • Preparing client invoices, managing payments, and ensuring timely and accurate client billing.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping:
  • Maintaining detailed records of work progress, costs, and quality assurance, including preparing and submitting billing reports.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Working closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of electrical engineering .
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain records, and meet deadlines.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Diploma-Electrical with relevant experience in planning and billing.

Note: Preference must be given to RDSS/ IPDS/ DDUGJY/ Power Sector Infra Projects.
