Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Manager located in Noida. The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for managing procurement processes, sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials. Daily tasks include monitoring inventory levels, evaluating supplier performance, and coordinating with different departments to meet project requirements. The role also involves budget management and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with inventory management and budgeting
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and quality standards
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering related field
  • Experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry is a plus
