Role Overview

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Expert to fuel our sales engine. In this role, you will identify, nurture, and qualify potential B2B clients across digital channels, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality leads for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect Research: Identify ideal B2B clients using LinkedIn, databases, and industry directories.
  • Outbound Lead Generation: Execute targeted outreach through cold emails, cold calling, WhatsApp, Apollo tool, and LinkedIn.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess prospect needs, budget, timelines, and decision-making authority.
  • Campaign Execution: Run multi-channel lead-gen sequences tailored to different industries.
  • Database Management: Build, organize, and maintain accurate lead lists and pipelines.
  • KPIs & Reporting: Track daily/weekly metrics—leads generated, conversations, conversions, and meetings booked.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the inside sales team to hand off warm leads smoothly.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B lead generation or sales development (internship experience is acceptable).
  • Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools.
  • Experience with CRM platforms like Zoho CRM
  • Excellent communication, research, and email-writing skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a hunger to meet targets.
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable handling multiple tasks.
