Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller (Lead Generation) role located in Thane. The role includes day-to-day activities such as reaching out to potential clients via phone to introduce our services, generating leads, following up on inquiries, managing client communications, and building rapport to convert prospects into leads. The Telecaller will also be responsible for maintaining a database of client information and providing regular updates to the team on progress and results.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and client interaction
  • Basic knowledge of branding solutions or related services is an advantage
  • Proficiency in maintaining client records and managing databases
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on client relationships
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
  • Previous experience in a similar role or customer service is a plus
