Telecaller & Sales Representative

Mira Road (E), Thane

Working Days:
Monday to Saturday

Working Hours:
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are hiring
Telecallers
and
Sales Representatives
who are passionate about sales, customer service, and building relationships. The ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a strong desire to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

For Telecaller:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Explain products/services and generate interest or appointments.
  • Handle customer queries and provide relevant information.
  • Maintain call records and follow up with leads regularly.

For Sales Representative:

  • Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
  • Meet clients (if required) and promote company products/services.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and submit daily/weekly reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or direct sales preferred.
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and achieve targets.
  • Positive attitude, good listening skills, and customer-oriented approach.
  • Graduates preferred; freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
