The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales of our automation software solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Cold calling messaging and emails, outreaching and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to drive long-term business growth.
- Understand client needs and recommend the best solutions to meet their business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging automation technologies.
Required Qualifications:
- Any graduate
- Some understanding of the role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong problem-solving and. consultative sales approach.
- Target-driven with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to explain software solutions in a simple and compelling way.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 5PM
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range 15-20k/ Month + Incentives
