Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking.
  • Screen and qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring that they align with our target customer profile.
  • Schedule appointments between potential clients and our sales team, coordinating calendars and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Handle inbound and Outbound inquiries and convert them into sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to optimize lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Build strong relationships with prospects for repeat business and referrals.
  • Follow up with warm leads and conduct cold calls as required
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and Client-interactions in our CRM system.
  • Monitor individual and team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes

Requirements:

  • 0- 02 years of Experience in a B2B or B2C sales environment preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with potential customers.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for sales and customer service.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Timing: 09:30 AM – 06:30 PM

Week off: Saturday and Sundays off

Mode of Work: Work From Office

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22, ₹28,300.00 per month
