Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in IT services and consulting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and leading the sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities:
·Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT services & consulting.
·Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.
·Generate, qualify, and track leads to build a healthy sales pipeline.
·Prepare proposals, quotations, and business contracts with accuracy.
·Drive and negotiate B2B deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
·Collaborate with delivery and technical teams for seamless project execution.
·Lead and manage a small team to achieve business objectives.
·Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends and competitors.
·Ensure timely reporting of sales activities, forecasts, and achievements.
Requirements:
·Minimum 2+ years of proven experience as a BDM in IT services & consulting.
·Strong IT background with knowledge of software development, digital transformation, cloud, and IT consulting services.
·Excellent English communication (spoken & written), presentation, and negotiation skills. ·Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
·Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and business communication platforms.
·Ability to build and manage strong client relationships.
·Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business Administration preferred.
Employment Details:
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
·Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
·Leaves: Sundays & National Holidays
·Salary Range: ₹2.40 LPA – ₹4.80 LPA (Based on skills & experience)
·Interview Process: 2 Rounds (1 Virtual + 1 In-Person)
