Customer Support Executive--Work From Office

Job description
We are expanding our customer support team and are looking for a proactive and dedicated customer service executive to assist our Australia & New Zealand customer base.

Shift Timing: 03 AM – 12 PM IST (AUS/NZ Shift)
Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer support tickets and email queries from AUS/NZ clients.
- Communicate effectively to understand customer needs and provide solutions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate query resolution.
- Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction levels.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Customer Service/Support roles (preferred).
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Problem-solving attitude and a customer-first approach.
