Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves working closely with customers to address their inquiries and concerns, providing generic assistance and resolving escalation.

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer support and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve customer issues
  • Coordinate with operations, sales, technical, virtual support team to resolve escalations
  • Analytical skills to identify patterns and provide effective solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
  • Prior experience in a customer support role is a must
  • Customer handling experience in B2B is plus
  • High dynamic thinking and problem solving skills
