Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for the Australian telecom client (IINET).
- Assist customers with billing-related queries, account updates, and payment issues.
- Provide accurate information and resolve complaints within defined SLAs.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Document all customer interactions in the system accurately.
- Adhere to compliance, process guidelines, and company policies.
- Work effectively in a team-oriented environment to achieve targets (AHT, CSAT, FCR).
- Ensure first call resolution by understanding and addressing customer concerns efficiently.
- Adapt to process updates and training inputs to enhance service delivery.
