Position Overview:

We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Support Executive who can handle customer interactions efficiently and ensure every customer receives exceptional service.

The ideal candidate will manage Non-Delivery Reports (NDR), Abandoned Calls, Return-to-Origin (RTO) cases, and Feedback Calls, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

Non-Delivery Reports (NDR):

Investigate and resolve undelivered package issues, coordinate with logistics partners, and ensure timely delivery resolutions.

Abandoned Calls:

Follow up on missed or abandoned customer calls, ensuring each inquiry is addressed and resolved effectively.

Return-to-Origin (RTO):

Handle RTO cases by communicating with customers, understanding reasons for returns, and ensuring proper redelivery or resolution.

Feedback Calls:

Engage customers post-purchase to collect feedback, note suggestions, and escalate concerns where necessary.

Issue Resolution & Coordination:

Work closely with internal teams — logistics, operations, and tech — to resolve delivery or product-related issues swiftly.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, resolutions, and feedback in CRM tools.

Customer Communication:

Provide proactive updates to customers on the status of their issues and maintain a professional, empathetic tone at all times.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

  • Minimum 3.5 years of experience in Customer Support / Client Servicing / Voice Process roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of NDR, RTO & feedback call handling.

Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work in a fast-paced D2C environment.

Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

A customer-first attitude with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
