Position: International Business Development Manager
We are seeking a strategic and growth-oriented International Business Development Manager to lead our global expansion efforts, with a focus on the US and UK markets. Based in Kharadi, Pune, this role requires a proactive professional who can identify new business opportunities, forge lasting partnerships, and drive revenue through consultative selling and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global business development strategies
- Identify, engage, and convert potential clients in international markets
- Build a robust pipeline through outbound and inbound channels
- Lead end-to-end business development activities from pitch to closure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven solutions
- Consistently achieve or exceed revenue and growth targets
Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of experience in international B2B business development or media/digital sales
- Proven track record of securing clients in US/UK markets
- Strong understanding of lead generation, digital marketing, and sales funnels
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently
