Position: International Business Development Manager

We are seeking a strategic and growth-oriented International Business Development Manager to lead our global expansion efforts, with a focus on the US and UK markets. Based in Kharadi, Pune, this role requires a proactive professional who can identify new business opportunities, forge lasting partnerships, and drive revenue through consultative selling and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global business development strategies
  • Identify, engage, and convert potential clients in international markets
  • Build a robust pipeline through outbound and inbound channels
  • Lead end-to-end business development activities from pitch to closure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven solutions
  • Consistently achieve or exceed revenue and growth targets

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in international B2B business development or media/digital sales
  • Proven track record of securing clients in US/UK markets
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, digital marketing, and sales funnels
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently
