Responsibilities
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the financial services and corporate sectors.
  • Developing and executing business development and sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers to drive client acquisition and retention.
  • Strengthening engagement with existing clients to enhance revenue and satisfaction.
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to align business objectives.
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of products, solutions, and services to effectively present them to clients.

Requirements
  • Postgraduate qualification such as MBA preferred.
  • 610 years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting, preferably in financial services or related sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
