Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with property owners, tenants, buyers, and sellers. Key tasks include assisting clients through the property search process, addressing their needs and queries, and ensuring a smooth transaction experience. Additionally, the Relationship Manager will help with online rental agreements, provide support for home services, and collaborate with other team members to meet client requirements and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic understanding of the real estate market and processes
  • Proficiency in managing client relationships and addressing queries
  • Ability to work independently and maintain high levels of productivity
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
