We Are Hiring: Cold Calling Executive (US Voice Process) – On-Site | Indore
Location:
On-site – 353, MR-3, Mahalakshmi Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh
Shift Timings:
Fixed Night Shift – 6 PM to 5 AM (9-hour shift, may vary as per business needs)
Rotational Schedule
5 Working Days Per Week + 2 Weekly Offs

Key Responsibilities:
Make confident outbound cold calls to US-based leads
Engage in fluent and clear English communication with clients
Generate high-quality leads, qualify prospects, and set appointments
Achieve daily and monthly calling & conversion targets
Maintain accurate CRM data entry
Provide a friendly, supportive approach while talking to strangers
Collaborate effectively with the team & support peers when needed
Ensure call quality by adhering to compliance & process guidelines
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in US Voice Process (Cold Calling / Telecalling)
Strong verbal communication in English – Fluent & Clear
Confidence in talking to strangers
Strong interpersonal skills with a supportive attitude
Proven ability to meet/exceed targets regularly
Own a personal vehicle for commuting
Willing to work fully On-site (No WFH)
Strong discipline, punctuality, and sense of responsibility
Compensation:
Fixed Salary (20k - 35k)+ Attractive Performance-based Incentives
Desirable Criteria (Preferred but not mandatory):
Basic Computer Knowledge (CRM tools, MS Excel, etc.)
Problem-Solving Attitude
Ability to Handle Objections Professionally
Prior B2B or B2C Cold Calling Experience
Comfortable with Night Shift Work
