Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in the B2B sector, preferably in machines, automation, or industrial solutions, who can identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive sales growth. The candidate must be willing to travel extensively to meet clients and understand their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the B2B sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Present and demonstrate products/services to clients and explain technical features.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • Travel to client sites, industry events, and exhibitions as required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a BDE or similar role in the B2B sector, preferably in machines, automation, or industrial sales.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial products, machinery, or automation solutions is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel frequently.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
