Responsibilities
:

• Creating production and equipment maintenance schedules, ensuring safety compliance, managing inventory, coordinating material flow, supervising personnel, liaising with other departments, and identifying and implementing process improvements to reduce costs and boost productivity.
• Strategic Planning & Operations Management
• Production Scheduling
  : Create and manage production schedules to meet output goals and deadlines.
• Material Flow Optimization
  : Design and implement efficient systems for receiving, storing, and moving materials to avoid delays and bottlenecks.
• Resource Allocation
  : Determine and secure the necessary resources, including workforce, materials, and equipment.

• Process Improvement
  : Analyze operations to identify opportunities for streamlining processes, increasing productivity, and reducing costs.

• Equipment Management

• Maintenance & Repair
  : Organize routine maintenance and repair of all material handling equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Equipment Selection
  : Oversee the selection, purchase, and implementation of new material handling equipment and automated systems.

• Performance Monitoring
  : Monitor the performance of equipment and machinery to ensure they are functioning correctly and efficiently.

• Inventory & Warehouse Management

• Inventory Control
  : Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, track material usage, and manage stock replenishment.
• Material Organization
  : Ensure materials are stored in designated, organized areas and are properly labeled for easy access and traceability.

• Receipt & Dispatch
  : Oversee the process of receiving and unloading incoming materials, inspecting them for quality, and loading finished products for shipment.

• Team Leadership & Safety

• Supervision
  : Supervise and evaluate the performance of material handling personnel, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills.
• Training
  : Develop work instructions and provide relevant training to employees on equipment operation and safety protocols.
• Safety Compliance
  : Enforce strict health and safety guidelines and protocols within the production and warehouse environments to prevent accidents and injuries.

• Problem Solving
  : Address and resolve unforeseen disruptions, equipment issues, and other challenges as they arise to ensure smooth operations.

• Collaboration & Reporting

• Cross-Functional Liaison
  : Collaborate with various departments, including logistics, purchasing, and production, to ensure seamless material flow and coordinated efforts.
• Management Reporting
  : Report on production status, inventory levels, equipment performance, and other relevant metrics to upper management.

Qualifications
:

• Experience
  : 10+ years of experience in Engineering Industry @ Material Handling and Equipment.
• Qualification
  : B Tech / Diploma (Mechanical).
• Languages
  : Proficiency in Hindi, Telugu, and English is mandatory.

Required Skills
:

• Experience in Engineering Industry @ Material Handling and Equipment.
• Proficiency in Hindi, Telugu, and English.

Preferred Skills
:

• B Tech / Diploma (Mechanical).
