Job Description

The Engineer - Sales and Marketing role involves bridging the gap between technical expertise and customer engagement. This position requires a unique blend of engineering knowledge and marketing acumen to effectively convey the value of technical products and solutions to prospective clients. The engineer will work closely to identify customer needs, provide technical support, and develop marketing strategies to promote products.

Key responsibilities include presenting product demonstrations, conducting market research, participating in trade shows, and collaborating with product development teams to align offerings with market demand.

Rols And Responsibility

-Handling international customers with coordination between technical team, costing.

-Coordinate with customer technical and commercial discussions to get the business.

-Sales monitoring, tracking and analysis on the business plan and schedules received on monthly basis.

-Internal coordination with technical team, Plant Team and estimation teams.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and develop effective strategies to promote engineering products and services.

  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations for clients, showcasing the technical features and benefits of our solutions.

  • Engage with customers to gather feedback and insights, helping to shape future product development.

  • Support marketing initiatives by providing technical content for brochures, websites, and promotional materials.

  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to represent the company and network with potential clients.

  • Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth.

  • Provide technical support to sales representatives during the sales process.

  • Work closely with engineering and product development teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
