Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Planning & Execution:
  • Develop and implement BTL strategies, including events, roadshows, and in-store promotions.
  • Coordinate and manage on-ground activations to engage the target audience directly.
  • Plan and allocate regional BTL activities to maximize reach and brand awareness.
  • Team & Vendor Management:
  • Build and train on-ground teams for campaign execution.
  • Manage and monitor the performance of promotional staff and field teams.
  • Establish and maintain a network of vendors and agencies for various promotional activities.
  • On-Ground Coordination & Support:
  • Oversee the setup of promotional materials like POS displays, banners, and branding.
  • Address and resolve any on-ground escalations or issues that arise during campaigns.
  • Conduct market visits and audits (quantitative and qualitative) to check campaign effectiveness.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on activity execution, footfalls, and sales.
  • Justify Return on Investment (ROI) and performance against budgets.
  • Work with city managers or department heads to update on campaign proceedings and results.
  • Strategic Contribution:
  • Suggest strategies for improving campaign execution and overall output.
  • Innovate and introduce new marketing initiatives to create brand recall and awareness.
  • Work to optimize operational efficiency and contribute to the P&L of the organization.
