The Opportunity


Seeking a Consultant who will support the NA Advisory team's operations, governance and fundraising activities. Specifically, the Consultant will work on the following areas - 

  1. Ecosystem Engagement
  •  Positioning

    • Support the product team in developing strategies to position Sattva as a thought leader within the ecosystem.

    • Coordinate with the marketing team to build and/or maintain Sattva IP / Product collaterals.

    • Support with drafting of articles, blogs, and other written content aligned with market trends.

  • Convenings and Collaboration

    • Organize learning circles for fundraising and strategy leads / heads of existing and potential clients to share best practices and create opportunities for co-learning.

    • Support other cross-functional activities, including India Partner Network collaborations or event collaborations.

  • Sattva IP

    • Develop IP focused on ecosystem best practices for organizational and fundraising strategies.

  1. Client and FundAssist Product Management
  • Lead Management

    • Manage incoming and outgoing communication, respond to client queries and ensure timely resolution.

  • Client Success

    • Ensure continuous client engagement through regular touchpoints, and ensure regular (monthly) feedback loops

    • Share new product updates and features with clients

    • Collect and maintain case studies and client testimonials

  1. Knowledge Management
  • Monitoring effective knowledge management practices

    • Support content managers in streamlining and governing knowledge repositories. 

    • Build use cases for knowledge management across various channels of content. 

  • Research & Insights:

    • Conduct comparative analysis with similar products or services in the market and synthesize insights to inform product positioning and improvements.



  1. Business Governance:

  • Support the Business Governance and Operations lead with coordination across various projects for timely updation of records and follow up on key documentation. 

Qualifications
  • Experience:

    • 4-6 years sales operations or partnerships building experience, preferably with proven experience in project coordination, communication, and content creation

    • Ideally, worked in a social impact or consulting environment.

  • Skills:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to draft compelling content.

    • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize insights effectively.

    • Proficiency in managing and organizing information/data repositories.

    • Ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

    • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
