About the Role:

We're looking for a Meta Ads Expert to run high-performing ad campaigns . The ideal candidate must know how to generate quality travel leads for international holidays, group tours, and business-class flights through Facebook and Instagram Ads.

You'll work directly with our leadership team to strategize, execute, and scale ad campaigns that deliver real travel inquiries — not just clicks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage Meta ad campaigns for holiday packages, group tours, and flights.
  • Develop audience targeting strategies based on traveler profiles (families, corporates, honeymooners, etc.).
  • Optimize ad creatives, captions, and budgets to drive maximum WhatsApp and lead form conversions.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and report insights on CPL (Cost Per Lead) and conversion rate.
  • Test different creatives, destinations, and messages to identify top-performing ads.
  • Work with the design and content teams to create visually appealing travel ads.

Requirements:

  • 0–1 years of experience managing Meta Ads (travel industry experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of lead generation funnels, not just brand awareness.
  • Hands-on experience with pixel setup, custom audiences, and retargeting.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on CPL, conversion %, and quality of leads.
  • Creative eye for travel content and clear communication skills.

Passion for travel marketing and knowledge of trending destinations is a plus
