Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist with proven experience in managing high-performance advertising campaigns in the sports betting or iGaming industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) to drive user acquisition, retention, and brand engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns targeting sports betting users across key markets.

  • Develop creative strategies and audience segmentation to maximize ROI.

  • Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights to improve campaign efficiency.

  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging ad creatives tailored to platform policies and target audience behavior.

  • Ensure compliance with Meta advertising guidelines and local regulations for betting and gaming promotions.

  • Conduct A/B testing for creative, copy, and landing pages to identify performance winners.

  • Monitor competitor activity and stay updated on the latest Meta Ads and iGaming trends.

  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, KPIs, and budget management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.

  • Must have direct experience in the sports betting / iGaming / gambling industry.

  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel tracking, and conversion optimization strategies.

  • Familiarity with user funnels, CPA/CPI/ROAS metrics, and player LTV.

  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and/or BI tools.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated industry with dynamic market requirements.

  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Meta Certified Marketing Science or Media Buying certification.

  • Experience running multilingual or geo-targeted campaigns (LATAM, MENA, Europe).

  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing, programmatic advertising, or Google Ads is a plus.

  • Passion for sports and understanding of betting behavior trends.
