About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Google Ads Specialist
with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on expertise in managing and optimizing paid campaigns. The ideal candidate is data-driven, analytical, and creative in finding strategies that generate measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, set up, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
  • Write compelling ad copies and design effective ad strategies to improve CTR and conversion rates.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, analyze KPIs, and prepare detailed reports.
  • Manage budgets efficiently and ensure maximum ROI.
  • Stay updated with the latest Google Ads trends, policies, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to align campaigns with business goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Google Ads campaign management.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Keyword Planner, and Google Analytics (GA4 preferred).
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience with A/B testing, remarketing campaigns, and conversion tracking.
  • Google Ads Certification(s) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
