We are seeking a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist with hands-on experience in managing performance marketing campaigns for D2C brands. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in revenue generation, strong analytical skills, and the ability to optimize for ROAS, CPA, and customer LTV. You will be responsible for driving growth through Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), managing high-budget campaigns, and continuously iterating based on performance data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Facebook Ads Manager for D2C brands.
  • Drive revenue-focused campaigns by targeting based on customer journey stages (cold, warm, and hot audiences).
  • Continuously monitor and optimize for ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, and AOV.
  • Build and scale full-funnel strategies including acquisition, retargeting, and retention.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, audience sets, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with creative teams for high-performing ad creatives tailored to platform behavior.
  • Analyze performance using Meta Analytics, Google Analytics, and relevant third-party tools.
  • Generate and present weekly performance reports, highlighting key insights and growth opportunities.

Qualification

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads for D2C/e-commerce brands.
  • Deep understanding of Facebook pixel, custom events, lookalike audiences, and conversion tracking.
  • Proven success managing monthly budgets of 50K$ with strong ROAS.
  • Strong grasp on metrics like LTV, CAC, AOV, and purchase intent segmentation.
  • Familiarity with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms.
  • Proficiency in ad copywriting and creative direction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ROI-driven environment.
