Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Meta Account Support Specialist with 12 years of hands-on experience in managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong execution skills in setting up campaigns, audience targeting, A/B testing, budget optimization and conversion tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize Meta Ads accounts (Facebook Business Manager, Ads Manager).
  • Set up and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta platforms.
  • Conduct audience segmentation and implement precise targeting strategies.
  • Track campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations.
  • Set up and maintain Facebook Pixel, Conversion API, and custom conversion tracking.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure campaign alignment.
  • Monitor budget pacing and ensure campaigns deliver within allocated spend.
  • Generate campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.
  • Comfortable with US region regulated industries (finance, legal, health).

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Facebook Business Manager, Ads Manager, and Meta Events Manager.
  • Strong understanding of digital ad targeting, bidding strategies, and KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS).
  • Experience with conversion tracking setup (Pixel, Conversion API).
  • Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Good communication and project management skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with third-party tracking tools (Google Analytics, UTM tagging).
  • Knowledge of remarketing and lookalike audience strategies.
  • Exposure to other digital platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus.
  • Certification in Meta Blueprint (preferred but not mandatory).
