**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on **Facebook** and **Instagram**.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to continually refine and improve campaigns.
- Analyze key metrics, such as CTR, CPC, and ROI, to ensure ad effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad content and visuals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in Meta advertising platforms.
- Provide detailed reports on campaign performance, insights, and strategies for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of **3 years of experience** in Facebook and Instagram advertising.
- Proven success in driving results with ad spend and strategy adjustments.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, and budget management.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with the team and present insights.
- Resume showcasing **successful campaigns and achievements** in previous roles.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with other Meta ad products such as Messenger or WhatsApp is a plus.
- Familiarity with ecommerce, lead generation, or similar industries is highly desirable.
