**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to meet KPIs, focusing on maximizing ROI.
- Develop creative and engaging ad copy, visuals, and video content tailored to various target audiences.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies for performance enhancement.
- Stay informed on changes to Meta’s algorithms, emerging social media trends, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the content and creative teams to align advertising strategies with broader marketing goals.
- Ensure adherence to Meta’s advertising guidelines and compliance standards.
- Generate performance reports and provide strategic recommendations for campaign improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing Meta ad campaigns (Facebook and Instagram).
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
- Strong data analysis skills and a proven track record of achieving campaign success.
- Ability to create effective ad copy and collaborate on creative assets.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Capable of working independently and in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Meta ADS: 2 years (preferred)
- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
