Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in selling SaaS-based solutions, preferably in the cybersecurity or IT domain. The role requires a street-smart professional with deep industry connections, proven deal-closing skills, and a passion for building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue in the assigned region.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new clients across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments.
  • Solution Selling: Consultatively sell SaaS-based cybersecurity solutions, aligning with client needs.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong C-level and IT leadership relationships.
  • Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, industry trends, and new business opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with presales, delivery, and marketing for seamless execution.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 5–8 years in business development/sales (preferably in cybersecurity or IT SaaS).
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of SaaS models and subscription-based sales.
  • Industry Network: Well-connected in tech and cybersecurity industry circles.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Mindset: High perseverance with a results-driven approach.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related fields (MBA preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in selling Microsoft cybersecurity products or equivalent solutions.
  • Exposure to clients in BFSI, IT/ITES, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Retail sectors.
  • Awareness of the cybersecurity challenges & opportunities in India.
