Business Development Representative Leads play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for early-stage AI SaaS companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee pan-India mid-market new revenue targets, ensuring consistent achievement of sales goals.
- Lead and manage a team of outbound BDRs, providing coaching, support, and performance feedback to drive exceptional results.
- Develop and refine prospecting strategies through quality and pitch monitoring, continuously enhancing the BDR playbook.
- Analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions to optimize operations.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 1 year of managing a team of BDRs/SDRs.
- Hands-on expertise in outbound prospecting methodologies, including cold calling and lead generation.
- Proficiency in using tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, and streamlining processes to maximize efficiency.
- Ability to think critically, analyzing performance data and making adjustments as needed to drive business success.
