The Role:
As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will drive sales growth and expand our customer base in US B2B markets. This role involves coaching and mentoring teams, managing daily operations, maintaining performance, and hitting personal sales targets, ideal for a seasoned leader in SaaS/software sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed targets in US B2B territories.
- Lead team engagement with prospects via cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Assess client needs, deliver tailored SaaS CRM solutions, and conduct impactful demos/presentations, requiring strong understanding of business software solutions, especially CRM, for US prospects.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships for sustained success.
- Coach, mentor, and manage sales teams while overseeing operations and performance metrics.
- Balance personal sales goals with team leadership for overall productivity.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on trends and competitors.

Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably MBA)
- At least 8 years in US B2B sales (preferably SaaS/software).
- Minimum 5 years in team handling/leadership.
- Excellent verbal/written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, with multitasking ability.
- US market familiarity and contacts a plus.
- Proven coaching, mentoring, and performance management skills while meeting personal targets.
