This is a great opportunity to learn the ropes of recruitment, from sourcing and shortlisting to interviews and onboarding — all while getting a behind-the-scenes look at how hiring really happens.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Partner with the TA team to source and identify potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
  • Help schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Create and post job descriptions that stand out and reflect our culture.
  • Keep our candidate tracker and recruitment dashboards updated.
  • Support onboarding activities and assist with documentation.
  • Bring in creative ideas to make our hiring process more efficient and engaging

What We're Looking For

  • You're a current student or recent graduate in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • You have great communication skills and enjoy talking to people.
  • You're organized, proactive, and not afraid to take initiative.
  • You're comfortable using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and LinkedIn.
  • You have a genuine interest in HR, recruitment, and building teams that make a difference.
