to support our growing team.

Role Overview

As a
Talent Acquisition Intern
, you will play a key role in helping Verdantis scale by supporting our hiring efforts across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Data Operations, and Sales. You'll work closely with the HR & TA team to build strong talent pipelines, coordinate interviews, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about recruiting, eager to learn, and excited to work in a fast-growing AI organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Sourcing & Screening

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social channels, and internal database.
  • Screen applications and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
  • Assist in preliminary assessments and schedule interviews.

2. Recruitment Operations

  • Manage interview coordination with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Maintain and update applicant data in ATS / recruitment trackers.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment workflow for technical and non-technical roles.

3. Employer Branding

  • Help craft job posts, hiring campaigns, and outreach messages.
  • Support campus hiring initiatives and online TA branding programs.
  • Represent Verdantis professionally across candidate interactions.

4. Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with HR, Talent Partners, and leadership teams.
  • Prepare weekly hiring status reports and pipeline analytics.
  • Suggest improvement ideas for hiring efficiency and candidate experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree (HR / Business preferred, but open to all disciplines).
  • Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, HR, and organizational growth.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Prior internship experience in HR/TA is a plus, but not mandatory.
