Job Title: Sales Executive / Sales Coordinator

Job Purpose:

To support sales operations, manage client relations, and ensure smooth coordination between customers and internal teams. The role aims to achieve sales targets, generate business leads, and contribute to customer satisfaction and overall company growth.

Key Deliverables:

Achieve sales goals, generate new leads, handle customer inquiries, maintain records, prepare quotations, coordinate with production and dispatch teams, and ensure timely communication and order processing.

Role & Responsibilities:

Sales Executive: Identify new customers, visit clients, present products, negotiate pricing, close sales, and coordinate order execution. Maintain follow-up with existing customers and submit daily reports.

Sales Coordinator: Handle back-office activities such as preparing quotations, maintaining sales data, coordinating with the sales team, and assisting with documentation. Ensure effective communication between departments and support sales operations.

Job Requirements:

Any graduate (BBA/B.Com/BA/B.Sc.). For Sales Executive, 0–2 years of experience; for Sales Coordinator, freshers are welcome. Male candidates preferred for Sales Executive; both male and female candidates can apply for Sales Coordinator.

Skills Required:

Good communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email), multitasking ability, and customer-oriented attitude.

Salary:

Sales Executive – ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 (Depends on Interview)

Sales Coordinator – ₹10,000 to ₹12,000 (Depends on Interview)
