**Job Title**: Sales Executive

**Location**: Silvassa
**Experience**: 1-2 years
**Education**: MBA in Sales & Marketing or equivalent field sales experience

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop a portfolio of new business accounts through active prospecting.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to final closure.
- Engage with prospective customers to understand and fulfill their requirements.
- Achieve revenue targets in alignment with the Area Business Plan.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create sales-related materials.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with potential clients.
- Plan daily activities to optimize opportunity management and time usage.
- Gain a deep understanding of the local market and industry trends.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and use platforms like LinkedIn to generate leads.
- Maintain and update CRM software with sales activities and client interactions.
- Create and manage a small team for back-office support to meet company sales goals.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of **plastic products** and related industries is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of **marketing principles and negotiation strategies**.
- **Leadership qualities** and the ability to build and manage support teams.
- Highly **self-motivated** with a **target-driven** approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
