Key Responsibilities

As a key driver of our growth, you will be expected to:

  • Aggressively Identify and Engage potential high-value clients (including retailers, manufacturers, and wholesalers) via calls, emails, and networking.
  • Manage the Full Sales Cycle—from initial discovery calls and platform demos through complex contract negotiation and strategic deal closure.
  • Develop Deep Market Expertise to effectively position our platform's competitive advantages in the FMCG sector.
  • Travel as Required to meet high-value prospects and secure strategic partnerships.
  • Maintain Pipeline Integrity by ensuring all sales activities and progress are accurately recorded and tracked within our CRM system.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years in business development, sales, or client-facing roles.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in lead generation and building a robust sales pipeline from the ground up.
  • Skills: Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Mindset: A highly goal-driven individual with a strong passion for exceeding ambitious sales targets.
  • Tools: Familiarity with CRM tools and modern sales best practices.
