Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior HR staff with daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
  • Support the talent acquisition process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
  • Manage and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees.
  • Assist in the coordination of employee relations activities, such as employee engagement programs and conflict resolution
  • Handle routine HR inquiries and provide timely responses to employee questions.
  • Maintain and update company policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Support the preparation of HR reports.
  • Coordinate with payroll calculation to ensure accurate processing of employee compensation and benefits
  • Monitor compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Participate in performance management processes, including tracking employee evaluations and feedback.
  • Assist in the management of employee leave requests and absence tracking
  • Support the HR department in implementing organizational changes and strategic HR initiatives.
  • Ensure a positive and productive work environment by promoting company values and culture.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
