Job Title:Senior Business Development & Marketing ExecutiveLocation:Lucknow (Hybrid)Compensation:Incentive: 15% commission on every successfully closed project (no cap)Responsibilities:Take ownership of end-to-end business development: lead generation --> client meetings --> deal closureDevelop and implement sales strategies to consistently achieve targetsConduct cold calls, client pitches, and negotiations confidentlyBuild and maintain long-term relationships with clientsOversee company's social media presence (strategy, campaigns, and engagement) to support lead generationGuide junior team members (if any) in execution of sales & marketing activitiesReport directly to management with regular updates on revenue pipeline and market trendsRequirements:Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in business development / sales / client acquisitionStrong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsHands-on experience with social media marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and lead toolsSelf-driven, able to work independently and bring in business with minimal supervisionPerks & Growth:Fixed monthly base + high 15% incentive per closed projectFreedom to execute sales strategies creativelyDirect impact on company's growth and revenuePotential to grow into Business Development Manager / Head of SalesJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹8, ₹10,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementFlexible scheduleWork from homeWork Location: In person
