About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager with deep expertise in the Market Research and Insights industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities across domestic and international markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including corporate clients, research agencies, and consulting firms.
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, client meetings, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
  • Collaborate with internal research & operations teams to deliver tailored research solutions based on client needs.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor landscape, and emerging opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to senior leadership.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms.

Qualifications

  • Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience in Business Development/Client Acquisition roles within the Market Research industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and building sustainable client partnerships.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000, ₹1,800,000.00 per year
