Job Title:

Business Development & Marketing Executive (Trainee)

Location:

Lucknow

Salary:

₹10,000 per month (fixed) + Attractive Incentives on closed deals

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through social media, cold calls, and online platforms
  • Convert leads into clients
  • Manage and grow company presence on social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Create basic posts, captions, and engage with potential customers online
  • Follow up with prospects via calls, messages, and emails
  • Report daily/weekly progress to the management team

Requirements:

  • Fresher or up to 1 year of experience (training will be provided)
  • Good communication skills (English/Hindi or local language)
  • Confidence to talk to new people and build relationships
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms
  • Highly motivated to learn sales and marketing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹6, ₹15,000.00 per month
