UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) Payroll Management

- Verifying payroll data: Payroll validation team member will be responsible for verifying payroll data to ensure that it is accurate and complete. This may involve reviewing timesheets, leave data calculating earnings and deductions basis allowances and additional time, verifying employee data such as tax withholding and benefit contributions.
- Resolving payroll discrepancies: Resolving any discrepancies in payroll data. This may involve working with HR team members, managers, and employees to correct errors in employee data or timesheets.
- Generating payroll reports: Generating payroll reports to ensure that payroll data is accurate and complete. This may involve creating reports related to payroll expenses, employee paychecks, and other withholdings.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations: Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and locale regulations related to payroll. This may involve staying up-to-date on changes to payroll regulations and making necessary adjustments to payroll processes.
- Collaborating with other HR team members: Collaborating with other HR team members to ensure that payroll data is accurate and complete. This may involve working with HR Generalists, Benefits Administrators, Payroll vendors and other HR professionals to ensure that employee data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Maintaining payroll records: Maintaining payroll records in accordance with company policies and regulations and pushing them further to next stage. This may involve ensuring that payroll records are secure, confidential, and accurate.
- Collaborating change initiatives: Responsible for collaborating HR change initiatives (with BTIS, Tech COE, HR + Delivery & UKG L1 support teams) to ensure that they are implemented effectively and efficiently. This may involve working with various stakeholders, such as HR team members, managers, and external vendors, to ensure that changes are executed smoothly.
- Implementing, Monitoring and evaluating automation solutions: Implementing automation solutions, Monitoring the performance of automation solutions related to HR processes and systems. This may involve working with vendors to configure and deploy automation tools, developing and testing automation scripts during UAT Phase, conducting regular assessments of the automation solutions, identifying areas for improvement, and making recommendations for changes.
- Developing change management plans: Responsible for developing change management plans that include communication strategies, stakeholder management plans, and training plans. These plans should outline the steps required to ensure that the change is implemented successfully and that employees are prepared for the change.
- Communicating changes: Communicating HR changes to employees, managers, and other stakeholders. This may involve developing and distributing communication materials, such as emails, newsletters, and presentations.
- Managing stakeholders: Managing stakeholders and addressing any concerns or objections they may have related to HR changes. This may involve collaborating with other HR team members and managers to address concerns and find solutions.
- Training employees: Developing and delivering training programs related to HR changes. These programs should be designed to ensure that employees have the knowledge and skills required to adapt to the changes.
- Monitoring and evaluating change initiatives: Monitoring the progress of HR change initiatives to ensure that they are on track. evaluating the success of the change initiatives and making recommendations for improvements.
- Adhering to best practices: Adhering to best practices related to change management. This may involve staying up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in change management and incorporating them into HR change initiatives.
- Managing HR tickets: SSD ticket operation team member will be responsible for managing HR tickets from various channels, including email, phone, chat, and HR software platforms. will need to prioritize and respond to tickets in a timely manner to ensure that employee inquiries and requests are handled efficiently with Keeping compliance & employee experience at the center.
- Responding to employee inquiries: Responsible for responding to employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, benefits, and other HR-related topics. have a good understanding of HR processes and be able to answer questions accurately and efficiently.
- Escalating tickets: You will be responsible for escalating tickets to the appropriate HR team member or other functions or manager when necessary. This may involve collaborating with other functional members to resolve complex issues.
- Tracking and reporting: Responsible for tracking and reporting on HR tickets to ensure that all requests and inquiries are handled in a timely manner. Generate Dashboards / reports and share them with HR team members, managers and other stakeholders.
- Implementing HR workflows: Workflow operations team member will be responsible for executing HR workflows in a timely and accurate manner. This may involve working with various stakeholders, such as employees, HR team members, managers, and internal / external vendor partners, to ensure that workflows are executed smoothly.
- Performing administrative tasks: Workflow operations team member will be responsible for performing administrative tasks related to HR workflows. This may include workflow approval, refer-back, data input, filing, maintaining employee requests. also be responsible for ensuring completeness, accuracy and on time actions.
- Lead and participate in UKG-related projects, from initial scoping and requirements gathering to testing, deployment, and post-implementation support, ensuring project milestones and deliverables are met.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the user experience, streamline processes, and increase operational efficiency through the adoption of innovative UKG solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation, user guides, and knowledge repositories related to UKG Role & responsibilities
