Attari Furniture Group is a reputed name in the furniture industry, committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service. We are currently expanding our operations and seeking an experienced and motivated Production Manager to lead and enhance our production activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire production process from start to finish

Ensure products meet quality standards and delivery timelines

Manage, train, and mentor production staff to achieve operational efficiency

Monitor workflow, machinery, and material usage to optimize productivity

Implement safety protocols and ensure adherence to workplace standards

Collaborate with other departments to meet customer requirements and deadlines

Prepare reports, production schedules, and performance evaluations

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in manufacturing

Strong understanding of production processes and quality control

Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently

Good organizational and planning abilities

Commitment to safety, standards, and continuous improvement
