Job Title: Academic Counsellor - Fresher

Location: On-site (Work from Office) at 91Springboard, A-Block, Sector-63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Compensation: ₹30,000/month (gross) + Uncapped Incentives (starting from the 4th month)

Eligibility: Fresh Graduate or MBA Fresher

Job Summary:

We are looking for 10 passionate freshers to join as Academic Counsellors. This is an on-site role where you'll guide prospective students in selecting the right educational programs offered by LawSikho & Skill Arbitrage. If you're motivated to help students advance their careers, this is a great opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students and professionals, helping them choose the right courses.
  • Provide information on program offerings in law, finance, content creation, and more.
  • Assist with the application process and drive enrolments.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and report progress.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification: Fresh Graduates or MBA Freshers
  • Strong communication skills and interest in student guidance.
  • Must have your own laptop (no laptop provided).
  • Comfortable with a work-from-office role in Noida.

Compensation:

  • ₹30,000/month gross salary (₹27,000 in-hand).
  • Uncapped incentives starting from the 4th month.
  • 90-day training with ₹10,000 stipend (no leaves during training).
