Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Infor FSM Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Infor Financials & Supply Management (FSM) modules. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial business processes, system configurations, and reporting, with exposure to document automation tools. This is a global role requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement Infor FSM Financial modules including:

    • General Ledger (GL)

    • Accounts Payable (AP)

    • Accounts Receivable (AR)

    • Fixed Assets

  • Work on Infor Configuration Console to customize applications as per business requirements.

  • Develop and manage Infor Process Automation (IPA) workflows to streamline business processes.

  • Create reports and dashboards using Infor Reporting Tools for various business units.

  • Integrate and manage MHC Document Express & Image Express for:

    • Check Printing

    • Document Imaging

    • OCR Capabilities

  • Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support to end users across global locations.

  • Work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation.

  • Participate in testing, user training, and documentation activities.

  • Learn and support minor business applications (training will be provided).

  • Adhere to change management and compliance protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Infor FSM implementations or support roles.

  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes and best practices.

  • Experience with IPA (Infor Process Automation) and configuration tools.

  • Familiarity with MHC tools for document handling.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and documentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a global team environment.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with CloudSuite Financials or any other Infor Cloud applications.

  • Understanding of integration tools and data migration concepts.

  • Exposure to Agile or hybrid project methodologies.

  • Prior experience working with remote/global teams.
