Job Opportunity: SAP FSM Lead / Architect

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Field Service Management (FSM) Lead / Architect to drive end-to-end FSM implementations and integrations. The role requires expertise in solution design, project leadership, and stakeholder management, along with strong knowledge of SAP Service Cloud, SAP CX, and S/4HANA Service.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead large-scale SAP FSM implementation projects, ensuring on-time and quality delivery.
- Conduct requirement workshops with business stakeholders and design scalable FSM solutions.
- Oversee configuration, customization, integration, and testing activities.
- Integrate SAP FSM with SAP Service Cloud (C4C), SAP S/4HANA, SAP CRM, and external systems.
- Guide teams on FSM mobile application, workforce scheduling, and dispatching.
- Provide solution architecture expertise and ensure alignment with enterprise IT strategy.
- Mentor junior consultants and manage client interactions effectively.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of SAP experience, with 3–5+ years in SAP FSM.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Service Cloud (C4C), SAP CX, and S/4HANA Service.
- Expertise in FSM solution design, workforce scheduling, service execution, and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with SAP BTP, Integration Suite, APIs, and Middleware.
- Proven track record in leading end-to-end SAP FSM projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.

Good to Have

- SAP FSM Certification.
- Prior experience as an SAP FSM Solution Architect / Lead Consultant.
- Experience in multi-country FSM rollouts.
