About the Role:
We are looking for a highly experienced SAP Field Service Management (FSM) Consultant/Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP FSM implementation, integration, and configuration with a strong understanding of service processes across industries. You will work closely with stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver scalable and effective FSM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end SAP FSM implementations or enhancements.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional FSM solutions.
Configure SAP FSM modules, including Mobile FSM, Planning & Dispatching, Smartforms, and Customer Self-Service portals.
Integrate FSM with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC and third-party systems using SAP BTP, CPI, or PI/PO.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless field service execution.
Provide technical and functional guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Train and support users post-implementation and handle change requests.
Participate in solution design, architecture discussions, and documentation.
Required Skills and Experience:
10+ years of experience in SAP implementation and consulting.
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Field Service Management (FSM) .
Strong understanding of field service business processes (service order, resource scheduling, mobile technician enablement).
Experience with SAP BTP , SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) , and REST APIs for FSM integration.
Proven ability to manage full lifecycle projects from blueprinting to go-live and support.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ERP service modules (CS/PM/SD) .
Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
Good to Have:
SAP Certification in FSM or related modules.
Exposure to other SAP modules like SAP CRM, SAP Service Cloud (C4C) .
Experience in utilities, manufacturing, or telecom domain service processes.
Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
