Infor CloudSuite FSM – Financials (Business Process Analyst)

Location: Hyderabad

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Infor CloudSuite FSM (Financials) professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in core financial modules and configuration, along with exposure to automation and reporting tools. This role offers the opportunity to work on enterprise-grade solutions and contribute to financial process transformation across global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on the implementation, configuration, and support of Infor FSM Financials modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Assets, and Accounts Receivable (AR).

  • Configure and manage Infor CloudSuite FSM, focusing on Financials setup, business processes, and operational efficiencies.

  • Support and optimize Infor reporting tools and process automation for enhanced financial performance tracking.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into system functionalities.

  • Utilize MHC Document Express and Image Express for tasks such as check printing, document imaging, and OCR processing.

  • Participate in troubleshooting, testing, and validation of solutions to ensure seamless business operations.

  • Receive training and provide support on minor business applications as needed, expanding your skill set within the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with Infor CloudSuite FSM – Financials, including GL, AP, Assets, and AR.

  • Strong understanding of Infor configuration, reporting, and process automation tools.

  • Experience with MHC Document Express and Image Express is highly desirable.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across functional teams and adapt to evolving business needs.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to financial systems within enterprise or healthcare environments.

  • Experience in training or mentoring end-users and business teams.

  • Willingness to learn and support minor business applications as part of a broader ERP ecosystem.
