Profile - Production Manager 

Qualification - B.Tech- Mech.


Experience - Min 6+ years of experience in a production or quality management role, ideally in industries as Steel, PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings), or Solar Structure Manufacturing.(Proven experience in quality inspection, auditing, and testing.)

Salary - Upto 4.8 LPA

Location - Noida 

Job Description

Strong expertise in corrective and preventive actions.

 Knowledge of quality assurance tools, methodologies, and standards.

 Certifications in Six Sigma, Quality Improvement Associate, Quality Auditor, or Quality Engineer will be an advantage.

 Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Examine production data to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.

 Develop and implement strategies to enhance the manufacturing process and improve efficiency.

 Focus on achieving organizational goals to increase profitability and reduce costs.

 Ensure that products undergo thorough auditing and testing before release.

 Review and ensure all production processes meet legal and regulatory standards.

 Conduct regular reviews to verify that processes align with established policies and quality standards.

 Compile and analyze data to track progress and generate timely reports.

 Identify and address training needs to meet quality standards across the team.

 Monitor and assess the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

 Maintain accurate documentation of internal audits, quality assurance activities, and process

improvements.

 Conduct inspections and tests on products to ensure their quality before delivery.

 Investigate customer complaints and identify solutions to mitigate recurring issues.

 Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and optimize production flow.
