Nook and Corner is a fast-growing online household services aggregator offering deep cleaning, pest control, appliance maintenance, plumbing, electrical services, and more. Our platform connects customers with skilled, certified service professionals, ensuring high-quality, pet- and child-safe solutions. We have recently launched in Mumbai and are expanding rapidly with a strong focus on customer experience, operational excellence, and vendor quality.

What You'll Do

As a Category Manager, you will own supply quality, operational efficiency, and category growth in your city. Your core responsibilities include:

  • Onboarding high-quality service professionals to fulfill customer demand with exceptional service standards.
  • Ensuring smooth daily operations, eliminating breakages and bottlenecks.
  • Driving growth and category improvement initiatives alongside central category heads.

To achieve this, you will:

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with service partners in the city.
  • Use analytical skills to deep dive into operational challenges and propose data-backed solutions.
  • Spend time on-ground to understand real issues across customer experience, partner performance, and onboarding.
  • Execute tight processes and SOPs to maintain service quality and operational discipline.
