Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. .
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development: Identify and approach potential clients through calls and meetings
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain lasting relationships by understanding clients requirements
- Lead Generation: Generate new leads through cold calls, referrals.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of the services that we provide
- Sales Targets: Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the team and manager to implement effective sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business or Marketing preferred).
- Experience: Min 1+ years experience in Edtech sales, Credit card sales, Insurance sales, Travel Sales preferred
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local language.
- Sales Mindset: Passionate about sales with a strong desire to achieve targets.
- Customer Orientation: Positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional client service.
- Team Player: Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
